Barista Series Update : Coffee Day Celebration

Another reason to celebrate. Today is national Coffee day, and though I've been trying to wean myself of caffeinated drinks, coffee is still one of my sweet mistresses.  A Spyhouse Spygirl with Oatmilk, a hazelnut mocha with half the sugar syrup, an Irish Cream latte, just a hot coffee with dessert is heaven.  A coffee date is always a good reason to meet up and enjoy a foggy morning or rainy afternoon and exploring local coffee shops has become one of my favorite things to do.  With that, the psychologist and shutter bug inside me cannot help but take every opportunity to explore the Barista Series psychology.

To interject without much change, to capture an otherwise routine and normal moment, to dissect a person's character out of their mundane work behavior. Some people naturally smile with the crevasses of their mouth, knowing they are on camera. Others, avoid the lens with their best efforts, darting between bursts of hot steam and knocks of their steel coffee utensils. A busy bustle but brief moments to capture.
